Noah explained how he would address ant problems and pointed out things to eliminate entry points. This is the second time customers were satisfied with their work.
Amazing service. We had a raccoon in our backyard and about to have a party. We couldn’t get it out from under our counter. I called cbj at 5 pm and they sent someone by 6:30. They caught the raccoon and took it away and saved the party day. They charged me a fair price and jumped to help us.
So thankful for their team and service.
CJB did a good job exterminating rats from our house. Dekarlo was patient about explaining the process to us. We had some problems with follow up visits. Although we contracted for one initial visit and one follow-up visit, CJB kept sending us (unrequested) subsequent visits and charging us $75.00 a pop.
I called in to say we didn't want any more visits, but they came out anyway.
Be clear about what services you want, or you will be put on a biweekly schedule and charged $75.00 per visit. Even if there is no trace of rats (or other pests). Still: CJB did a good job of ridding us of rats.
Today was my first time contacting this company and I am beyond impressed!! We have (or should I say had) a pest control company and they were practically useless - mostly because they never showed up! Based on a recommendation from a friend, I reached out to CJB today to handle a wasp problem we’ve been having. I have a 2 yo and 3m old and we LOVE being outside, but because of the massive amount of swarming wasps lately we have not been able to use our own backyard.
