We had two yellow jacket hives, one at the base of a tree near our Koi pond and one hive in our gutter corner in the front of our house. Chris evaluated and explained what method of extermination was going to be used for each hive. Chris answered all of our questions. Chris explained how long to see results, what would happen if it rained, and what to do if full results were not seen. Chris would come out and reapply the pesticide at no extra cost. Overall an excellent experience. Regal Pest Control came out in a very timely manner.
