I have used Carters Plumbing and would highly recommend the company to anyone who needs good honest plumbing done. They stand behind their work and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with. They make time to explain the work they are going to do. Any plumbing problems I have in the future Carters is the company Im going to call!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Mat and this company. I will recommend them to everyone. He explained the issues in a calm manner and the next steps we had to have the septic tank drained once that was complete they came out and to recheck and determined it was a separate septic field issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Mat and Carters plumbing.
Carter's was quick to send someone out. Mat T was our service tech, he was friendly, professional, and quick. Service was pricier than I expected, but work was what we were looking for, good quality. Will definitely consider them again in the future.
