The visit was good. However I later receive a Email requesting payment. I paid my co pay at the office so I didn’t fully understand beings there was no bill or statement just a notice saying I owe. When I called to inquire, they said if I wanted a bill, they could arrange to have one sent to me. I explained to them that I thought this was very poor conduct. No respect or consideration for the patient not to send any form of bill or explanation just send us this money. I will never go back to this facility again.

I did not have to deal with the people at this place my mother had to, it made her feel very comfortable and it made me feel very comfortable they were interacting with my mother and interacting with me in turn made me feel very comfortable that they were helping my mother.

Check up was fine. Wasn't told the procedure would be charged to my medical insurnace( I have vision insurance) and I would have to pay towards my deductible. I was informed of this one year later when a bill was sent. It didn't explain where the fee came from. Poor business practice.
