I truly had a great experience dealing with Beckwith floors. From the help picking out carpet (and getting samples sent literally overnight), to adjusting installation around my schedule, to fantastic communication and customer service; it truly couldn't have been a better venture.
I shopped around for carpet and after having people not show up for a measure and canceled appointments, dealing with Richard was refreshing. He was helpful, accomodating and responsive. Working with Richard and Beckwith floors two times now has been such a positive experience all around! From picking out the flooring, getting measured, and install - it was all a great experience and I would highly recommend using them!
