This is a poorly run company which cheats its tenants renters and buyers are neglected repairs are not done they are slow to move and they do not clean up anything as I found trash under my house and they're not willing to help me with it trash from water bottles construction work in poor health I've had to clean it up myself and work on it myself they have bad attitudes poor customer service lack of communication and have very biased attitudes about who they're willing to talk to or help

Trying to move in. No communication between sales, placement teams, readiness teams. Interior repairs required, water meter not set. No walkthru to explain features, how to operate, etc. Never really explained sales program. Drove around community and listed some possibilities. No real sales persons. No overview of community itself. Sales staff says he showed us 10 sites. Only one and not the one we purchased. Really need to train and get communication going. Community has great potential but lacking in sales staff and experience. Regional management, Diane was somewhat helpful but did not want to deal with actual conversation about issues.

The fact that they don’t have a single good review should tell you everything you need to know about this company. BUYERS AND RENTERS BEWARE.

I am trying to purchase a home in one of your locations. The home I was looking at what is being updated. I was told by the sales person that it should be done by the end of January. The sales person left for maternity leave the first week of January and the second week of January, I spoke with her supervisor who was covering for her while she was out for maternity leave. She looked into it and said. There shouldn’t be any reason we don’t have it done by the end of January February 2. I went into the office to meet the supervisor and let her know that January came and left. With the home not completed I asked if we had a new target date and she looked at me with a blank look on her face and she was not going to give me a new date because they didn’t know when the material was going to come in it is now the end of February and I went to the office to see that the person that was going on maternity leave is back and she had no answers of when it was going to maintenance gentleman who are doing the upgrades come in and talk to me for them to tell me they were told not to give me a date. It will be done when it is done I was in the trades they had to replace some drywall paint all the walls, replace some carpet, replace cabinet doors, replace countertop and replace two windows, the back door and all the appliances 90 days since I first seen this home I cannot check off any of those items it is not done painted. The floors are not finished. The cabinet doors are not all installed. The appliances are not in. I asked if they have a deadline and they told me no it will get done when it gets done. From January till now I had plenty of time to get it done and today I was told it might be April or May before they finish it because they have so much to do besides that house. I am questioning my choice I’m doing business with this company if they’re having this much problems just updating one of the houses how many problems are we going to have with them running the community please respond. I have left several messages with your answering service to no avail no response no callback. I was in sales for 15 years and one of the most important things was communication , there has been none nor have there been any acceptable answers of when this will be completed so if you are reading this think twice about this company because this is what has happened to me in the last 90 days

There management is horrible they give you a notice for a piece of wood and basketball hoop in the driveway but yet my neighbor yard is worse and nothing and I have talked to other residents that have basketball hoops and they don’t have any notice for the hoop need to be move and other yards have more toys in there yard and she didn’t give them anything either!!! She targeted to certain people and not others and let alone she is going residents info out and discuss other residents stuff with other which is against the LAW!!! She needs to be held accountable I have live here for over six years and never had issue with the office until she came in and now it became a problem. Hmmmm!!!!

I live in Sherwood Village. And I’m telling you it’s not a horrible place. But to be honest I wouldn’t recommend it. Almost 4 years ago we bought our home. And the day we were supposed to move in we couldn’t. Because they had to replace all the pipes under the mobile home. That was fine. So fast forward to know. It’s cold out. My heat tape is working. But thus not water. So I go out to see what’s going on. And wow the heat tape that goes to the water main in the ground was never put back so there for when it gets cold I have no water. I’m telling you I can’t wait to buy a house. And get out of here. I feel this place is not being well take. Care of.

Scammers they name is on a title to my home which the mortgages are not they won’t sign off or call back investigate this company and report to bbb they won’t answer them neither I am filing for a lawsuit

Bayshore Home Sales took $500 dollars from me as a down payment on one of their homes. I ended up not buying the home and now Im having a difficult time getting reimbursed after several weeks.....

Sketchy and very poor management, don’t count on them ever answering or returning calls
