As a new first time homeowner, I wasn’t experienced with what to look for or ask when choosing a preventative pest care company. Aptive was my first call as our family in our subdivision uses them and they did not disappoint! On the initial call, they walked me through everything and asked me very detailed questions to ensure I was getting the perfect plan for me. The very next day, they came out for the initial service and again walked me through the package I chose and everything they would be doing. They even left extra sticky traps for me in case we needed them between services. I’m so glad we chose Aptive!

The only thing that would improve your company would be knowing approximately when your appointment would be. Also I realize you have to make a profit, and your people need to be paid a living wage. I am on a fixed income and I am not able to keep this at this time. I am not sure of the price I paid. I had canceled, and the woman told me I had to add 2 more months. I was charged for 2 more months, and only got one treatment. I was surprised to see I was getting another treatment after canceling. I just got a couple of mice so I thought I would actually try you for pest control in my house. I only had you in my home 1 other time for nats.

Service the outside of my house. But did not even knock on the door to service the inside I requested an inside service every time because the past has never left I still have spiders and that was my main call spiders and wasp. The wasp nest was removed, but it was inactive, but I still have spiders.
