We had a water heater installed. The installer did quality work and we appreciate the fact that Danboise came quickly to resolve our issue. Our concern lies in their invoicing policy. We received an invoice however it did not, and they would not, provide an itemized list of services. We do not know how much for labor or how much the water heater was. Without itemizing, it is very easy to overcharge for service's and the home owner has no recourse other than not call them again, which we will not.
In last month I’ve had to have a new HVAC Unit & Water Heater Installed by AJ Danboise. All the Technicians [Robert & Cary] where Professional, Courteous Efficient & Polite.
We used AJ Danboise for the first time a few days ago, I talked with Tatiana, she was absolutely amazing, sent a plumber to my home the same day, followed up and went out of her way to answer all my questions. She is a great asset to the company and I will continue to use their service going forward...
