This individual received a large deposit from us on may 18 of 23 . He was supposed to start digging our foundation by mid june 23 . July 10 he finally showed up on site and cleared some trees . August rolls around he still hasn’t dug a hole in the ground for basement . Then September , finally he has dug . Should have been fired by GC in july like i asked . Will not do the work he was paid for . End of october rolls around no concrete floor poured yet , had to hire another concrete contractor and fired this man who is not worthy of any building contract and very unresponsive and hard to deal with .
