Ashley is always friendly & very professional. I didn’t know what I wanted but I wanted a change & she came through for me & I’m so pleased with my new color & style. I’ve seen how she handles other customers & she is always very professional, friendly and listens to what they need and then provides advice or tips on what they can do. I’ve never seen anyone leave unhappy.
I thought this was posted when I last had my appointment in I guess it was July, now realize that it wasn’t, so I’m adding this to it.

Hair type: I got a stack BoB haircut.
Stylist: The stylist paid attention to the way I wanted my hair cut. Kristy, style my hair very nice. When I asked Kristy what I could use for frizzy hair, she showed me what she used. Will definitely go back to Kristy.❤️❤️❤️
I had a awesome experience at smart style. Very friendly and it was no waiting. If a man or woman needs a cut i highly recommend kristy. She was very kind and ill absolutely be coming back.
