I had the team here order me new Hawley retainers after I broke my old ones that I'd gotten somewhere else. I've been beyond thrilled with everyone at the office. I saw Dr. Ouwinga first when he traveled to the Manistique office, but because of Covid they haven't been traveling so I've been going to the office in Escanaba. Everyone is incredibly friendly and easy-going, they're taking excellent safety precautions for covid, and the Dr was super accommodating and he altered my new retainer right there in the office to match my preferences.
