Terri is super responsive and very helpful. I made appointments and kept canceling on her and she took it all in stride and with a smile, I so appreciated that. Ordered extra dog collar and it arrived promptly.

They work from the heart because everywhere they go they bring their dogs. We were a bit worried our young head-strong Golden Retriever, Dozer, would not be contained by the fence, but it only took one breach at a low setting for him to learn the flags and his limits. Thank you to Terry and Jack for the great system and the patient training. Dozer loves being outside, and we love that we don't have to worry about him leaving the yard!
