All service technicians that came to install my AC were great. However, K and K does not do high voltage electrical work when installing appliances nor do they have an electrician on staff. They are up front about it. But, it is VERY hard to find your own electrician and K&K passes the inconvenience to the customer. That being said, if you need a strictly HVAC job these are the guys to call. Professional, polite, punctual and came in under budget. They also offer financing.

Incredible and honest service. My natural gas heater was leaking carbon monoxide and k&k came right out (Kyle) was awesome and told me exactly what was going on and Max got my stuff ordered the next day. Troy came out to install it and he was so knowledgeable, again I learned so much as a first time home owner and I really felt like I could trust this company to not oversell me as I’m on a budget with only 1 income. I will also say I got a quote from a different company for a new heater and their quote was $1k more than K&k and it didn’t come with a warranty like K&k’s did. No heat this morning, within 2 hours Kyle was at my door. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Got the furnace going quickly after trouble shooting. Pricing was very fair. I could not be more impressed. Thanks again K&K and Kyle.
