Best lash tech in the state hands down!!! I have a 3 week standing appt with the owner who is the most pleasant and professional lady I’ve ever met. Booking is very convenient with her booking site and she is very easy to talk to and accommodating. You love it here!

The owner is very professional, she treats all her clients very well. Goes above and beyond to help with ever appointment. Her business is under construction yet they continue to service their clients it’s clean and masks are warn !! I would recommended this establishment to all my friends. And in my opinion if you had bad service you must have had bad energy, this business is relaxing and her vision you will see once you enter their DOORS!!

Was greeted by a child my appointment was at 1 waited 30 I was never acknowledged that I was there by the girl that was supposed to do my lashes there was nothing to sit on but hard chairs who wants to wait an then be uncomfortable waiting, yall keep saying support black owned business an this the customer services I received an still waiting on my refund

Loved my experience at Eye Spy. It was my first time getting lash extensions because I personally have full long lashes and I was very nervous that they would damage them BUT Briana did them so well and the removal was seamless! I would most definitely book with her again. Clean and professional environment, love this place! Best beauty bar in Michigan :)

I purchased the Groupon that Sultry had to offer. I made an appointment a month in advanced as I was planning on going on vacation. My appointment was at noon, I arrived exactly on time! I sat and waited for nearly an hour plus! I told her my appointment was an hour past and during the time she finished with her client another walked in. She then told me to wait longer because the woman who came in wanted a fill and I wanted a set. I was planning on just leaving, I was already aggravated she was still wanting to take other clients even though it was WAY past my apt time. So as I walked out she texted me telling me to come back in that she made a mistake and it was another woman's client. I finally get laid down and I showed her a picture I wanted that she supposedly done and sent me in text. It was a very natural set- nothing dramatic. The set was finished and when I looked in the mirror I was shocked! The lashes were extremely long and super dramatic... I figured maybe it was just because they were lifted and I'll get used to it. Second day and third day go by and I'm maintaining them the way they're supposed to be and they're falling out like crazy! 90% of them are gone and it's only the 4th day. I texted her pictures she did say I could come back- HOWEVER, she only gave me 1 day to schedule at 4pm. Wasn't flexible and clearly didn't care about my concern and unhappiness. As a business trying to build clientele I would of been a customer that would continue to go back even if she fixed her mistake! She texted me and said if I didn't plan on coming at 4pm that any other time she is charging me full price. How unprofessional! She also advertised she was in Southfield which was the reason I initially purchased the Groupon because it was near my job, then told me if I want any work done I'd have to travel to Eastpointe. Save your time and save your money and go to someone who genuinely cares and appreciates their clients! Ebony is amazing!!! She is not only professional and ON TIME...but she's very personable. Her suite is very clean and classy. My lashes look AMAZING when she's done. Her prices are very reasonable..and she does quality work. Her scheduling system is very easy..always responds to texts. Luv doing business with her! Jennifer

I got lash extensions on Wednesday 11/23/16 by Ebony...This was the first time I ever received lash extensions n I love them...Ebony was Great!!!She made me feel comfortable n the Feng Shui of the room was Magnificent ...I'm hooked and will be going back to Ebony.
