Absolutely great company to deal with and beyond happy I called them. This was my second boiler inspection from Expert ( I had one last year as well) and I can highly recommend this company. The tech Daniel that came out to perform my boiler PM was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable all the while being professional as well. Received a text from Expert about 15 minutes out, saying he was on the way to my house which was very helpful. Daniel was honest and forthright with me, saying all looked good with my boiler and was very personable. He also was friendly with my two greyhounds and gave them some bonus petting and attention for the day! Highly, highly recommend Expert H & C and I will ONLY be dealing with them to help take care of my (substantial) investment in my boiler. I recommend getting their yearly service membership as well, which not only covers the annual PM visit but also gives you parts discounts, priority on repair calls and a discount for certain visits as well, should you require service on your equipment. Amazing experience, kudos again, well done!

first of all the sales guy Nick that came out to give us an estimate was very polite very detailed and I felt very comfortable with him and everything that you explained to us. second of all out of all the estimates we got they by far had the best price. and third of all the two guys who came to install were amazing. very informative about every step that they were going to do and installation was quicker than I expected. I am just overall impressed by expert heating and cooling and if I had to recommend a heating and cooling place for anyone it would definitely be expert. thank you expert heating and cooling :-) this was my first time ever having central air and you guys did an amazing job!!!!

They just installed my Furnace and A/C. I watched them during the install. Many times I noticed they went far beyond what I've seen other contractors do during install. They left the basement looking like it did when they arrived. The system was very neat looking. They also did a very nice job of explaining how everything worked.
