Visited on 12/19 and had a great experience at Eastpointe Urgent Care. I came in for a strep swab and a COVID test, and both tests came back negative. The Doctor was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The medical assistant Kodi, did a great job with the swabs — quick and painless — and was super helpful with paperwork and answering questions. The clinic was clean and organized despite the snowy weather. Overall, a smooth and positive visit. Highly recommend.

I walked into the clinic after 7pm on Monday for the first time. I was greeted by Erin with a warm hello at the front desk. She was very professional and pleasant. I was then triaged and roomed by the Medical Assistant Cierra or Sierra with a big smile and bubbly personality. I was treated by Patrick, PA. He sealed the deal. He was patient, caring and listened to me. His kindness, knowledge and concern for my health added value to my total experience in the clinic. Eastpointe Clinic is more than an urgent care, it is a clinic where the staff cares.
