Direct plumbing helped me over a decade ago, and Mike did a good job. Fast forward to 2025... I've grown and worked hard and bought another property. The first thing I did was call Mike for some plumbing repairs. Long story short, the two guys (Jake and Nate) who were on point, started normal repairs - and even found some other issues (THANK YOU!) - then when it was time for the heavier repairs, Mike showed up and had an additional two team members with him, for a total of five. We called Mike and he sent two of his employees over to get the lines connected to our generator. They did a neat job, they were on time, very professional and made sure all was working to my satisfaction before they left.

Let's face it, when you need a plumber it means you're not having a good day. I found Mike and his team get the job properly diagnosed and completed. That's the best outcome from what are usually tough situations.
