I took my old Toshiba laptop to best buy and after opening my bag,they immediately closed and told me to throw it away. They informed me that Toshiba hadn't done any updates or anything since 2017. On my way home I passed BBT and decided to give it one more shot. I said a prayer walking in the building and was met w a smile and empathetic ear. I was given no promises but they would take a peek. I received a call just a few hours later explaining what needed to be done and given a price much cheaper then I expected. I walked out w basically a new computer.
