If I could give 10 stars, I would! First Rate Construction was absolutely phenomenal on our bathroom remodel. The attention to detail was outstanding, and John is truly a master of his craft. He showed up on time every day, communicated clearly, and stayed with the job until it was fully completed—no loose ends, no delays.
John is not only highly knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and conscientious. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I can’t recommend First Rate Construction and John enough—professionalism and quality at its best!

Not only did First Rate Construction to a great job of renovating our old ranch house before we moved in, when disaster hit, they were there in 5 minutes to help us and repair the damage to the house. These guys are great!

John at First Rate Construction did an awesome job on our bathroom remodel. He is very good at communicating with his clients and takes the time to discuss the project in detail. He was willing to show us multiple layouts for the project until we found the perfect one. He and his team are very clean, professional, on time, and do what they say they will do. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Will definitely be using his company again for future projects!
