Will Cousins did a second home inspection for us and as in the first job, it was a general review of plumbing, roofing, the foundation, electrical and general construction and a test of the septic system and included water testing. As in the first effort, he was thorough, took time to explain things clearly to us, offered suggestions, got the work done on schedule, and quickly completed the written report. I enthusiastically endorse him. He caught many things we had not detected that allowed us to make an informed decision going forward. Excellent work.
