I just had a home inspection done and I am extremely pleased with this company. I had a very thorough inspection complete with an easily navigated report and a courtesy call the night before the inspection in which we discussed what the inspection included. I was not able to attend the inspection so I addressed a concern I had with the house and was assured they would pay close attention to the area. I received another courtesy call after the inspection in which we discussed his findings and addressed my concerns. I feel completely confident in proceeding with this purchase and highly recommend Elite Inspection Services!

The job Will did on a house we are looking at purchasing was truly amazing. He spent three hours there finding things that I had no idea about. The depth and breadth of the inspection was beyond compare. He made us aware of major items needing repairs (boiler for instance) and the report he prepared was so well done that we were well informed - and the owners took $3,000 off the agreed upon price.
