Twin City Spa is a FAMILY business and they are fabulous!!! I get my nails done all over the country and many large cities and Twin City is the best. Kim and her daughters work hard, efficiently and quickly. The quality of service is outstanding and prices are reasonable. The spa is clean and well kept with a friendly atmosphere. I am happy to call this my home spa!

The receptionist was very informative helpful and nice made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The Dr was also very nice and pretty efficient and clear on my vision testing and quick too. The guy who showed me the frames and fitted me was also very nice and informative but I felt let's say not to rushed but he should give the people their own space when checking out frames like instead of standing by the person the whole time while looking at frames let the person browse after he shows them the price ranges don't stand over them while their trying on frames and he's explaining each frame you pick up. That's where I felt rushed uncomfortable and just wanted to hurry up and grab any frame that looked ok and get out of there. Give people their own space and time if they have questions they will ask don't need a person standing next to them the whole time their looking at frames. Otherwise I would have given a five star for my overall satisfaction.

Brittany and her team were great for our daughter's wedding! They showed up on time, worked wonders with our various hair styles and were fun to chat with while making a memorable day. We did a hair trial months before hand and tweaked a few things the week before and they were spot on. Highly recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience today that I want to share with everyone. I thought I might be having a brake issue on my truck so I stopped at Auto Tech if East Tawas to have them checked out. They did a thorough inspection and told me my brakes were fine and sent me on my way with no charge. It’s nice to find an honest and reputable auto shop when you’re on the road.
