No company is perfect and that is true of The Meridian Company as well. I chose them 4 years ago to install a new heating system. Even though they are generally more expensive, I am a true believer in “You get what you pay for.” There have been rough patches along the way with service. However, I am encouraged after HVAC tech Grant fixed a problem this week that seemed to stump even the manufacturer and took over a month to find a solution. Grant was HONEST, personable, confident, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain details to this senior citizen and ACTUALLY showed me what the solution was. We were extremely pleased with the electrical safety evaluation performed by Meridian employee Kevin F. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. He completed the inspection efficiently while taking the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was thoroughly evaluated. We are very happy with the excellent service and would highly recommend Kevin and Meridian!
Great service, We had a circuit breaker that was repeatedly tripping. Tyler quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly made a partial fix. Very pleased with the experience. First rate expert service!
