Our son started taking piano lessons from Mr. Suarez a year ago. My son absolutely enjoys Mr. Suarez’s teaching and has been thriving! One thing that impresses me is that he encourages our son to sing to the melody and understand the emotions of the music before he plays the piece. He also encourages his students to attend piano concerts for learning. Mr. really cares for his students, even traveling roundtrip 2hr just to encourage our son in a competition. I highly recommend Mr. Suarez as a piano instructor.

I highly recommend taking piano lessons with Xavier. He was our piano teacher for the last 2-3 years. He taught my son (high school freshman) and me (adult). Xavier is a dedicated teacher committed to one’s constant improvement. He carefully selects songs and shares notes on what to improve. He emphasizes technique and expression, and has a great sense of how to play different styles. I especially appreciated his work on how to give expression to a classical piece respecting its style. A bonus was that we could freely switch between English and Spanish. My son and I always came happy from the lessons. My daughter has grown in musically under Xavier’s guidance. He holds her to her goals and pushes her to reach higher. I have enjoyed listening to her practice new genres and work toward a performance-ready piece.
