Eww no :/ I didn’t even get the chance to do business with them because they were nasty on the phone to me.. I called about the price of a belly button piercing because it was not on the website and the lady on the phone was so rude. She said you mean a navel piercing…???
Like I’m not a piercer, im sorry I don’t know the correct work for stuff. I’m just trying to ask about the price so I can spend money here.. she was really pretentious and just made me feel bad for asking anything at all.. the price for jewelry was way too high and I asked if I could bring my own and she just uses this yucky tone with me.. maybe if you want business be nice to people when they call :( take your business to ink and needle down the street. They were very kind and very helpful. And a much better price!!! Look at the way the owner responds to negative reviews on here… take some accountability! Just sad :( this place used to be cool.

I could not be more pleased by our experience at Splash. The whole process was explained well and everyone we encountered was helpful and patient. 3 of us had a second ear lobe piercing done. We are 2 days out from our experience and can't stop talking about Renee and how great she was at piercing and how the whole experience was even better than we had hoped.
If we need/want another piercing, we are absolutely going back!

After an extensive search for a neo traditional tattoo artists I was grateful to have found Brandon at Splash of Color. His portfolio is vast and matches the style I wanted. When I arrived I was greeted by genuinely friendly staff that helped me grab some body jewelry before my tattoo appt with Brandon. My experience with Brandon was stellar, his attention to detail shines through in his work. He tattoos with a smooth hand, I could have taken a nap while under the needle. I traveled from almost 2 hours away and will be making an appointment again soon with Brandon!

Just went here with a friend for their first piercing, and every staff member was extremely rude and unwelcoming to any sort of questions. This was her first piercing, and obviously we had some questions. I was polite and civil, and just genuinely trying to understand my concerns, and was met each time with hostility. This is not a safe space for anyone who is looking for a kind and helpful introduction into body modifications. If you're not already a client, of theirs, don't expect them to be nice. I will never be back. Do better.

[EDIT] Response: That's absolutely not what happened. I asked a question, I didn't question the piercer's knowledge or credibility and I specifically told them that I trusted their judgement, but was just curious. I don't understand why the peircer was so defensive from me ever asking any questions, and treated me poorly the entire time as a result. A customer should feel comfortable asking a simple question about a body modification that is permanent. I'm disappointed in the way you've deflected the entire situation and made untrue statements instead of taking and responsibilty.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here over the years. Very clean, organized and professional. I’ve been pierced by Andy and Renee and they’re both fantastic. Will always recommend 10/10

I’ve now gotten 3 tattoos at Splash of Color and I can’t recommend them enough. Incredible staff, service, and facility. So clean, and I feel so safe every time I go.

Update 2025: I came here again and the service is still top notch. A few weeks later I actually had a ball fall out of my new piercing and the people at Splash quickly got me in and put the ball back on. My fingers are way too big to do that.

Back in 2019:
It is expensive to go here, but you get good service and quality. They don't judge and as long as you are friendly you will be treated well.

I liked how I wasn't rushed, I chose one of the most painful piercings and they gave plenty of time to work up to it.

Everything is clean and well explained. I had a trainee watch, but you can opt not to if you want.

Credit card payments will require an extra fee.

First time getting a tattoo and had a great experience at Splash of Color. People at the shop were professional, helpful, and friendly. My artist, Jason, was fantastic! I spent an entire Saturday designing and beginning a shoulder arm sleeve. Since it was my first tattoo, I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised that the work wasn’t painful at all. I largely attribute that to Jason’s skill, precision, and care. I’m very happy with quality of the design and looks of the tattoo, can’t wait to see the finished product! Jason was also very personable, cool dude to spend an entire Saturday with. I highly recommend Splash of Color and Jason.

Spent an additional afternoon finishing my shoulder sleeve. Once again, service was fantastic and I’m very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

It was a great experience from start to finish. They did my first tattoo 30 years ago and my daughter also loves it there. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Splash of color is amazing. Bella is amazing. I will go back to her for every tattoo I get from now on!! The shop is clean and everyone was so kind. It was truly a great experience!
