Would not recommend using Mike Fraleigh. Nice guy. Seems to know the law, but very disorganized. Mike works out of an office in East Lansing. He notes a Troy office, but I went there to drop off my retainer check and it's simply an outsourced call center that takes his calls and he occasionally offices rom. Voicemail is full when I've called. He charges $450 an hour, but asked me to proof read his emails to my mother's estate planning attorney. I've never had to proof read an attorney's emails - ever - and I have worked with a lot of them in my career. We wasted our money with this firm. He produced nothing useful. Do not contact this firm for any reason, especially if you have questions regarding an LLC or trust.
