The Staff is wonderful… all of the gals I have had assisting are very friendly & kind. My overall long dental work & history has resulted in anxiety & resistance to traditional dental work in general. I’m over dental work for many reasons. But, Dr ZORN did an excellent, efficient & quick root canal. I’ll report back if I experience otherwise. ? but, he also has a great reputation for his work. The only suggestion I would have is when a pt. Checks in at front desk, to let patients know how long they will realistically wait to be taken back.

My dentist made an appointment for me and was able to get the following day. Calling the office was rough. Upon calling into the office to verify the length of time for my procedure, Nichole didn’t seem very happy. When I entered the office there was lots of chit-chat but the receptionist didn’t seem very positive. Once I was asked by Kayla to follow her, the appointment turned out better than expected. Kayla was great. Dr DeYoung is a good communicator and painless. The area was clean, his assistant Kalya was pleasant and efficient, and also a good communicator. Would have been a 5 if I hadn’t have had to wait an hour after my appointment time. By the time Dr Zorn started I was shaking I was so freaked out from the anticipation of a root canal. However, once he started I was so pleasantly surprised that I felt no pain at all. I would choose a root canal by Dr Z any day over a filling by my last dentist.
