Poor communication. No follow through. After being promised a proposal twice and not receiving one, was told (several months after initial contact) they are “too busy” and our job was “too small.”

My wife and I had the chance to partner with the South Arm Construction family, to make some updates to our beautiful cabin on Lake Charlevoix. The South Arm team was great to work with from start to finish. They did a great job during the COVID year of finding the materials we wanted for our home and keeping us updated on material deliveries. The staff on site were polite, thorough, and skilled. They also were very accommodating as our vision changed during the process. I would recommend them for a remodel.Service: General construction
