We had an unfortunate experience with Billie. While the communication and willingness to work together were good initially, they failed to fulfill the agreed payments for the flowers provided. We hope they resolve this situation soon so we can close this chapter on a positive note. We are really sorry to put this bad review

We are so happy that we hired Billie for our wedding floral needs! We got married at Castle Farms, a venue near her shop that she is very familiar working at. When we met her to discuss florals, she took time to sit down with us to talk in depth about our vision. She let us look at all of her gorgeous rental pieces at her shop, had us send her inspiration pictures, and checked in with us to make sure she had every detail right. We truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout the whole process. We highly recommend her to anyone getting married up North in Michigan!

Billie’s was very responsive and did AMAZING on our wedding florals. They listened to exactly what I was looking for, and went above and beyond with our bouquets, swag, aisle pieces, corsages, boutonnières, etc. I couldn’t have imagined any more picture perfect florals. We received a lot of compliments!

Literal life saver!! I live downstate and ordered my bestie a birthday gift from Elk Lake Floral. Only to have them cancel my order on the day of her birthday/delivery day with nothing more than an auto generated email!! Even though online her zip code is in their delivery area😡 So I called Billie in a panic! Not only did they get my bestie a bouquet with candies delivered to her within 2 hours of calling, but the bouquet was bigger and cheaper than the original one I ordered!!! It was stunning and I cannot begin to explain how amazing their customer service was. Even though I live 3 hours away, I’ll be calling them again! So happy!
