This was the first time I used this company as they were very highly praised. However, I explained to Trever my concerns about the carpet not being dry enough or rinsed properly before he started. The carpet has residue left and a few stains that did not come out. My previous company did a much better job cleaning and drying with fans they brought. While I tried your company I will return to the previous company. Thank you again for your service.

Was scheduled to have carpet cleaned, cleaners called to come earlier but I wasn’t able to accommodate them more than 1/2 hour sooner than original scheduled time 1:00. They didn’t call or come!! I called the cleaners who said, “Sorry, Blah Blah Blah, they went to another job and that we were rescheduled for 2:00 (by who) he said the office will call you. I called the office and she apologized and made excuses to justify what’s non- excusable for a business. Because I couldn’t accommodate you changing my time to fit you being available 2 hours before my scheduled time, you push me out. I was upset. Office lady and I talked over each after she talked to the cleaners who said they had an emergency flood….I didn’t believe her. Blah Blah Blah Called back to say they would come between 2-3 if unable to come they will call…..NO SHOW NO CALL!!! Very unprofessional! They called at 3:31…. For What???

Dan and his son were at my house on time (which to me means a little early) which was much appreciated. They did an awesome job! Moved small furniture and cleaned our carpets beautifully! I can’t recommend this company enough! I hope they are around for a very long time and I will not wait 5 years again to have them back.

Great first experience and would recommend! We just moved into our new home and had new carpet installed, but then had a leak happen that dripped rust all over our new carpet and so we gave Tiger Carpet Care a call and they came the next day and the stains are completely gone! Dan was very kind and knowledgeable. Will be using them again in the future!
