They rebuilt the top portion of our exterior brick chimney that was 60 years old and starting to crumble. They did excellent work, had great customer service, and the chimney looks amazing. I definitely recommend them.
Wow… this is going to sound like an exaggeration, but I’ve never experienced that exceptional level of customer service. Top Hat was unbelievably prompt, accommodating, generous, kind, and qualified, from first phone call to farewell, which all happened within a shocking 90 minutes for a minor repair. Highly recommend!
Top Hat did a fantastic job! Jon was very responsive in helping me with an issue after a roof replacement. He communicated really well with the schedule and sent Ryan (Very professional) to adjust the chimney the roofing company messed up. My chimney is working correctly and now straight as an arrow. I Highly recommend Top Hat!
