Absolutely wonderful to work with. I appreciated that I received texts as to arrival time and the arrival was prompt. I also, very much appreciated not trying to sell me something we did not need. They are a pleasure to work with, which doesn't seem to happen that much anymore.
Lake Effect HVAC came the same day we called them needing repairs. Caleb did a great job finding our problem. Gary and Shawn were back the next day with the needed parts and fixed our air conditioner. They were all very personable and kind. Their quick and perfect repairs are very much appreciated.
Great repair guy, but the prices for parts was ridiculous. I would rather be charged a high labor fee than to be charged $250+ for a $40 part. Especially when it only takes 5 minutes to install. Good work was done and my parts were replaced, but I prefer straightforward pricing. I will most likely do my own work from now.
