Rick came out because my AC unit was flooding my laundry room with condensation water. He was very informative and professional and got the job done quickly. Any other company would have used this repair to push extensive work but All Brands Heating and cooling is an honest and reputable company. Came in with a bunch of grandkids to a hot cottage during a heat wave when I had expected it to be cooled down thanks to my smart “nest” phone settings. So disappointed!
