I absolutely love Redefine! I've visited Lisa for injections - botox and lip & cheek filler. I am so happy with the results! Lisa is amazing - so knowledgeable and professional - but also makes you feel welcome and comfortable, like you're visiting with a friend. She listens and asks questions, ensuring she provides the best possible solutions for any concerns you have. I also had a Hydrafacial with Ally and loved the results!

When I arrived, I was put into a very dark room to have waxing done on my face. Although she had a little lamp to put on my face, I was not very confident with the outcome. How can you even see the small hairs with such little light? I asked her if we could go into the room with better light and she did. I can see doing a massage in the room with no windows, but you can't really have facial waxing done in that room. If I had remained in that room, I would have scored lower as there was no way she could have seen some remaining hairs after waxing.
