The crews that came out to do work were friendly and they were good at cleaning up after themselves. Ricardo checked in with me and answered any of my questions or concerns on cleanup before completing the project. My porch roof ended up having a lot more work than expected, even some areas where it was rotting through, but Green Built came up with a plan and replaced the rotted decking and got it done without charging me more, which to me was above and beyond my expectations.
