I had a great feeling from my initial conversation with Mitchell, but when Paul went out of his way to take an peek at our roof and then Steve came over to look more in depth and talk through the process of getting our roof replaced.. I knew I had called the right peeps. Clear and concise communication throughout the entire process. They took care of the back and forth with insurance and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. In a day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art, All Service & Remodel are a breath of fresh air. We look forward to working with them on future home projects!
Customer service is beyond fantastic. Great communication and easy to deal with. Roofers were amazing. Hard working and thorough. They cleaned up very well with sweeping for nails multiple times to ensure they got them all. Next project with them will be new siding and I’m anxious to see how it looks.
Very professional, Roof replacement was quick, they inspected and made all the necessary repairs. Very responsive to any and all questions. And very respectful when working on the property. Would highly recommend them.
