McDowell's quickly responded to my initial call and came out to give me an estimate right away. The charge for restoring my hardwood floors was reasonable, and the work was very high quality. It's obvious they've been doing this for a long time. They were professional, friendly, and explained the process clearly. They were also very careful to cover everything in plastic, and the dust was surprisingly minimal. Communication was great, and the job was done ahead of schedule. My floors look like new again. I would recommend this company to anyone.
