I called because I had a cat in dire distress. They told me to go so somewhere else, the vet was "busy." Who is that busy that they cannot look at a cat in distress? Never again will I ever step a foot in there. When Dr. Clark was there I NEVER had an issue there. He'd bend over backwards to help animals of any kind.

After several bad experiences, I've decided to go elsewhere. It's difficult to understand why these people are still in business. Pretty grim for anyone trying to make a living there, but it's only fair to let people know what they are like ahead of time.

Love love love the staff (Dr. Williams in particular) my little girl has been more than a handful since getting her and they have gone above and beyond with her every time we are there. Will never go anywhere else
