I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for years, and I was genuinely saddened to see some of the recent reviews questioning cleanliness and staff demeanor. Snow runs a quality salon, and I have always felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Regarding tools and equipment, I’ve personally seen the sanitizing area where everything is properly cleaned and disinfected—and anyone can see this as well by simply asking. I always have a great experience when I go to top nails. The service is excellent. Everyone is very personable and friendly. Their pedicures are done so well, they clearly take pride in their work. Great value for service.

I have not been at a nail salon in 20 years. I have heard of this one from people that I work with, and I wanted to try it for an event that I have coming up. They were all very nice, and did a great job.
