We built our home in the summer of 2018. Brian Theis worked with us to design our home to our specifications. He was very accommodating to our wants and needs. He always promptly answered our emails and phone calls. When the house was being built, Tim Motz and Jerry Thelen were there making sure that the subcontractors completed their work on time and to the highest standards. We really appreciate that our home was completed on the date that was originally stated! Now that we are moved in, we don't hesitate to call with any questions or concerns because we know that our questions will be answered!
