It turns out that Jon had been used by at least two other households on our street, but we found him ourselves online. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry about a troublesome mulberry tree in our backyard. He came out maybe a day or two after my e-mail to take a look and explain our options. Then only a few weeks later, not only that tree but another kind that he advised should be removed were taken down by his team in very speedy fashion.
