We ordered an arrangement for my sister's retirement. I wanted to use a local business and very happy we did! The arrangement was even nicer than the picture reflected on the web site. Kim also called me because some how the wrong city showed up on the order. I doubt that 1800FLOWERS would have been that thoughtful. Highly recommend them!
Kim was super accommodating and quick to respond to changes in our initial order. The flowers for our wedding were fresh and beautiful and we received several compliments from our guests. As a dude that is pretty clueless about flowers this is the best place to go. I've gone 4 or 5 times for bouquets and my wife has been ecstatic every time. They always last for weeks and the lady doing the arrangements makes me look good! Probably the best value for flowers i've ever seen as well. Definitely will keep coming back here.
