“I have been a loyal Baryames Cleaners of Dewitt, customer for many years. What keeps me using their service is not just getting back perfectly clean clothes, it's the company itself. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy. Last week they made a very minor mistake, I didn't complain about it since that was the first error that occurred during my long history with them. Out of the blue, I just got a call from them letting me know that they gave me a credit on my account! Now that is exceptional customer service, if only all companies would treat their clients like that!! For anyone who goes to a laundry mat, save your time & your quarters, and back. Using Baryames laundry service costs me $2.00 more than doing my laundry on my own! Thank you all at Baryames of Dewitt, you have a customer for life!!“
