My experience was delightful. Polite, on time, no distractions during appointments and I always leave out feeling in love about my nails, the services and always in a comfortable environment. Yes, I referred everyone to Twinkle Tips Nail Care
If I could have left a review with no stars I would. I have found this business to be very unprofessional. I books three services via StyleSeat and received confirmation for these appointments. The day of I get the normal text that my appointment is coming up. About an hour before my appointment i get an email stating my card had been charged. I check styleseat and my appointment had been cancelled (not by me). I call no answer, I send a text message no answer. I received an email thirty minutes before my scheduled appointment with a screenshoot of a text message I never received. I don't know if it's poor communication, complete misunderstandings or what.
