The Westin Book Cadillac is a spectacular property in the heart of a revitalized Detroit. From the staff to the property itself, it was an end to end incredible experience. The hotel itself is fresh from an over 20MM renovation and it shows. Beautiful lobby, common areas, and rooms adorn the property. The staff at the front desk was extremely professional and friendly. Sven and Rachel both were incredible assets throughout our stay in making it truly memorable. In addition, the food and beverage service for breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. I highly recommend dining at the Motor Bar in the second floor lobby for casual drinks and meals. The food was amazing....read full review

The customer service here has always been top-notch, and now with the new renovations, it has a new modern look! It's lighter and more airy with pastel vibes and upgraded lighting.I book meetings here all the time, and we've always been taken such good care of, even when I have to change things last-minute, though I hate to do that. Gail is my event manager and she is just wonderful. Personable and helpful and very quick to reply. They are running a great team at the Book Cadillac. Do not hesitate to plan your event here - you will not be disappointed.Catered food is always delicious with lots of menus to choose from and staff is always very nice and helpful. I was very happy with this hotel. The room I stayed in was huge and it had a rain shower that was also huge. The bathroom had a light up mirror that was great. There was a problem with the heat in my room but it was taken care of quickly.The fitness facility is exceptional as well.The location was also great.
