The worst service I have ever received.... They have coupons on the website that don't expire and don't won't to honor them. And the African lady was yelling because she was wrong.... Terrible...

I booked an appointment here for MEDIUM knotless braids after calling and being told $180 for that style. I arrived, they tried to tell me $230, I told them I was quoted $180 on the phone, they said okay and immediately sat me down to start braiding. As we got closer to the end, I noticed they were not finish braiding my braids down to the end, I asked them to finish, and they tried to just dip the ends anyhow. I stopped them and began finishing the braids myself. They then began tying the braids off with knots, leaving the bottoms of the braids unfinished. Not only did they not give me the size I asked for, they didn’t they complete the braids, and then tried to charge me more because THEY decided to do smaller braids (they said because of my hair type, however I have perfectly lengthy and healthy hair and have worn medium knotless box braids plenty of times). In addition to that, my braids are completely uneven all throughout my head. I pointed out all these issues before paying, and they tried to then offer me a “discounted price” of $190. This was a HORRIBLE experience!!! Definitely won’t be returning and do not recommend either. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I took my granddaughter to get her hair done last Sunday and I showed the Africans the picture of her hair and they did the opposite. I told the lady to call me when my daughter hair is finish she never called. She had my daughter sitting there for two hours I had to call up there. I asked my granddaughter what took so long she said they Internet or website or something didn’t work so they couldn’t call me. I would never ever go back to this place again they did not do her hair exactly like on the picture. .

I just love the way they do my hair! It always comes out perfect. I can always hop right in a chair when I come. This time was crazy fast like 2 1/2 hours and I really appreciate it and Uma ( sorry if I misspelled your name) thanks for slaying my lil edges lol. Thank you’ll so much Happy Holidays! -Tra

HORRIBLE!!! I was told a price over the phone twice just to get to the shop and they tried to charge me extra, not to mention i requested 2 braiders did not get that and they now have kids in there who braid even slower than the adults!! They always stopping to eat don’t even wash they hands just come right back to braiding hair so unsanitary as well as they hygiene sitting in a chair for hours under bad breath is disgusting

I called & was able to come in on a Sunday which is rare. I was told $150 for a braided ponytail on the phone but when I got to the shop they said $180. Not a big deal because I had extra cash on me but everyone should be on the same page when it comes to prices. I like how my hair came out showed a picture & got what I wanted. Will come back again, would recommend definitely for a braided ponytail.
