I sent them a text because I was at work and Don got back to me very quickly. He was able to fit me in the same day to fix my broken basement toilet. He shared info with me and let me know how much it was going to cost before he started. I felt the price was very fair and affordable for the work. He also showed me what the issue was before he started the work. He was courteous and fast. I wont hesitate to call him again for further service and highly recommend him.

Mr. Donald Southern is a top-notch Plumbing Specialist. I called with a backed-up bathtub, he had me check a few things and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He showed up a few hours later and within twenty minutes had the job squared away and might I add at an affordable rate. This is a Black Owned business that I will continue to patronize and will recommend to family and friends for their plumbing needs. A true professional!!!
