I purchased a furnace from this company and had an issue. Come to find out the issue was on my end. Mr. Campbell had his tech John to assist me an hour away the very next day. He located the wiring issue that we wired wrong and now we have a working furnace. Thank you for your tech professionalism and it was the tech John birthday yet He was humble to assist us right away. Thank you!!!
