I forgotball about this hidden gem. Been around forever!! Best $40 to spend on a Monday. It is co-ed on mondays.
They do have lockers, locks, and robes for rental/purchase. Bring your own to save a couple bucks.

Historic Sauna that is worth a visit! They have a medium sauna, a wet sauna, a cold plunge, patio to relax on, great food, and optional massages. This is a hidden in plain sight gem!
