I had fueling issues with my 2020 Ram, after calling around to a few dealerships in the area that had no clue what I was talking about and couldn't give me a loaner, Ray Laethem knew exactly what my issue was on the phone, gave me a loaner, and fixed my truck under warranty in a few days along with a leaking exhaust flange I hadn't noticed! I will gladly drive the extra distance to Ray Laethem past the closer dealers in my area if I have any future issues with my vehicle.

The sales and service team will jump through hot coals to make sure your experience is 5-star. They also have a courtesy car that will shuttle you home during your service appointment. Also, the dealerships Jeep Wrangler selection is always the best lineup in metro-Detroit.

I'm having problems with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler this date 9/12/2020. The Service Manager Mr. Jim C, was GREAT IN HELPING ME GET A RENTAL WHEN ENTERPRISE WAS CLOSED. I can't say enough about this Man. When I buy another car/truck, Ray Laethem will get my service. Thank you sir
